The therapist's main purpose is to provide psychotherapy, clinical liaison duties, case management, and related behavioral health activities to populations with behavioral health disorders. The therapist is expected to cooperate as a team member in the provision of a therapeutic environment that encourages each client's overall growth. This position is 40 hours a week and is expected to maintain an acceptable level of productivity as measured by billable hours--1,286 annual billable credit hours.
The Case Manager's main purpose is to provide case management and Clinical Liaison and related behavioral health services to their clients in a coordinated and effective manner. The Case Manager is expected to cooperate as a team member, when indicated, in the provision of a therapeutic environment that encourages each client's overall growth. The Case Manager Assistant's main purpose is to assist the Case Manager and/or Counselor/Therapist to provide case management and related behavioral health services to their clients in a coordinated and effective manner. The Case Manager Assistant is expected to cooperate as a team member, when indicated, in the provision of a therapeutic environment that encourages each client's overall growth. This position is expected to maintain an acceptable level of productivity as measured by billable hours--892 annual billable credit hours.
The Office Manager's purpose is to provide organization and effective delivery of administrative support functions associated with the St. Johns or Springerville Office. This position requires a responsible person who displays pleasant, professional courtesy during client, visitor, staff, and telephone interactions and exhibits excellent interpersonal and organizational skills in order to coordinate the administrative support functions of the office. Must be able to function independently, maintain client confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in responding to requests for information or making referrals.
The primary task of a Health Information Manager is to provide administrative support to the clinical and business operations of the Agency. This position requires a responsible person who displays pleasant, professional courtesy during client, visitor, staff, and telephone interactions and exhibits excellent interpersonal and organizational skills in order to assist with the coordination of the functions of the St. Johns and/or Springerville Office. Must be able to maintain client confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in responding to requests for information or making referrals.
This is a job which provides administrative support in the financial department and partly in the administrative department. Support to the financial department focuses on Third Party and Medicare insurance claims follow up, auditing clinical documents and claims to establish payroll incentives, and to ensure proper documentation for billing purposes. Support to the administrative department focuses on preparing various reports to meet reporting requirements to contractors, internal quality assurance activities, and backup to the Office Managers and Health Information Managers.
The Peer Support/Recovery Support Specialist's main purpose is to directly assist clients with a serious mental illness and/or substance abuse/dependence disorder to achieve outcomes of recovery. The Peer Support/Recovery Support Specialist is expected to cooperate as a team member, when indicated, in the provision of a therapeutic environment that encourages each client's emotional growth.
